Shipping & Returns Policy
When will I receive my order?
Most of our products are manufactured only when an order is received for them. This helps us keep inventory low and results in lower costs overall for you. Manufacturing time varies by product, and is listed on the product page for each item. This means that the product will ship after the manufacturing.
For example, floor decals may list a manufacturing time of 5 to 7 business days. This means that from the time your order is placed to the time it is shipped out you should expect about 5 to 7 business days delay. The product will be shipped out via the shipping method you selected at check-out after manufacture is complete and your order is ready to ship.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are based on your ship-to address and will be calculated for you during the check-out process. Please be sure to enter a valid shipping address – if the Courier service (e.g. Canada Post or FedEx) cannot find the shipping address you have entered, they may not be able to provide rates, and you order will not be able to be completed.

Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us.
All stock (non-customized) items have a 30-day return policy. Refunds will be issued by the payment method used to place the order provided that the item is in new, re-saleable condition, as deemed by a CJ Warehouse staff member, and includes any and all original packaging.
- Contact CJ Graphics Inc prior to requesting a refund with details of your order and the reason you are returning the item(s).
- Your refund request must be received within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
- All refunds will be processed through the payment method used to place the order within 5 business days from receipt of return.
- Any return shipping or postage incurred is your responsibility. We will not accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
- Shipping & handling charges will not be refunded unless there is an error on our part related to your order.
Custom printed and special order items are non-refundable. Please contact us to discuss any particular items you have questions about.
